"A company I feel I can trust"
Feels like a company you can trust, which is why I’ve stuck with McQueens for a while now. The deliveries always show up when they’re meant to, and anytime I’ve had a question, they’ve dealt with it quickly. I’ve never had any worries using them.

"Good milk and friendly service, slight payment hiccup"
Overall I’m happy with the milk and the deliveries have been reliable, but the payment side got a little messy. I got a missed payment notice even though I’d already updated my card, and it took a couple of emails to get it sorted out. The staff were really nice about it though, which helped. Weirdly, I remember the notice coming in while I was literally pouring milk into my tea, so that made me laugh a bit. Still a solid 4 stars from me.

"Good so far, no real complaints"
Had the first few deliveries now and yeah, it’s been good. The milk’s usually sitting on the doorstep early in the morning before I’ve even dragged myself out of bed, which is handy. One time a bottle cap was a bit loose, but it wasn’t a big drama or anything. Overall, happy enough so far

I like that I can pause or change my orders without it turning into a whole thing. The buttons are right where I expect them to be, and I didn’t have to click through a bunch of tiny menus or hunt for some hidden setting. Small thing, but I really appreciate when the pause option is clear and the order details update right away

Had someone from McQueens knock at the door. Sales rep. Bit too much, honestly. I said I wanted to think about it, but he kept pushing. Kept asking why. Felt awkward standing there on my own doorstep. The milk might be fine. No issue with that. Just didn’t like the way it was sold to me.

The milk always arrives fine, and to be fair, the driver is polite and seems to be doing their best. I do get the impression they’re a bit rushed sometimes, though, because the bottles occasionally get left in slightly odd spots. Not a big issue, but it would be nice if they could be placed in the usual place more consistently...

The milk and other bits are generally nice, and delivery is usually on time, so I’m not really unhappy with the service overall. But I’ve had a few orders now where something hasn’t been quite right, like extra bottles turning up that I didn’t order or yoghurt being missed. Customer service has sorted it out in the end, but it does take a bit of time, and I’m not sure why it keeps happening. I’m still using them for now, but I do wish the orders were checked a bit more carefully

"Rude pushy sales reps going door to door"

Very Rude Pushy Sales person just knocked on my door, despite having a sign up stating no sales people due to the frequent cold calling in the area which was provided on the back of a recent survey with Blackpool Council and Trading standards. When asked why he knocked and that we have a sign asking for sales people not to call, he very rudely responded you should be more British and think of British industry and walked off when I said I would be reporting him. This has really put me off even considering your company and you should rethink about the people you have employed to represent you, being told I should be more British is an absolute insult!!

I was able to change my order in the end, which was fine, but for some reason the process felt a bit fiddly. Not a huge issue, just could have been a little smoother.

"Am I the only one who found the milk not that fresh?"
Am I the only one who’s had this? The deliveries did show up on time, which I appreciated, but the milk just didn’t seem as fresh as I expected. A couple of the bottles had a slightly odd smell, and they didn’t last very long in the fridge either. It’s a shame because I really liked the idea of doorstep delivery, but freshness is the main thing for me.

"Still getting charged after I canceled"
I canceled my subscription, or at least I thought I did, but I’m still seeing charges come through. It’s frustrating because I wasn’t expecting to have to keep checking on this after canceling. I’m not sure if something didn’t process correctly or what, but yeah... I really just want the charges to stop and get this sorted out.

"Quick reply and sorted it without drama"
Had a bit of a hiccup with my delivery, nothing massive, but still annoying. I messaged customer service thinking I’d probably hear back the next day or get one of those copy-paste replies, you know the sort.

But they actually replied really quickly, which surprised me. The person I spoke to checked what had happened, explained it properly, and didn’t make it feel like I was chasing them around. I’d only just made a coffee and it was already being dealt with.

In the end it was sorted with no fuss, which I really appreciated. Small issue, but it makes a difference when a company actually replies like a real person and gets on with fixing things.

I was in a good mood when I started checking everything out, but I got a bit frustrated once I realized the pricing wasn’t as clear as I expected. I had to spend extra time figuring out what was included and what might cost more, which made the whole experience feel less straightforward

"Missing deliveries are getting frustrating"
I’ve been with them for a while and I mostly just care about one thing: waking up to the milk I paid for on the doorstep. Lately that hasn’t been happening often enough. Customer service does reply, which is something, but when the delivery is still missed, it doesn’t really solve the problem. It’s annoying more than anything because the whole point is convenience.
