Got offered free trial which we cancelled, was then told we had to pay for what we've received (not much of a free trial?) We paid for this over the phone and now we're still getting messages saying that we owe money. Ridiculous service.

I have always been an advocate for local businesses so when the flyer came through the door for Mcqueens dairy and their family run business I didn’t have to think twice about putting my order in, they have been prompt, politeful and always respond to my emails the same day, I definitely recommend these guys and have done to my friends and family, well done for providing such a first class delivery service guys !!!!

The items were delivered on time and efficiently.This is my first week but I shall be continuing and may increase my order quantity or add further items

Why have we received two bottles of milk, we don't order milk.

I phoned the dairy this afternoon and the lady on the phone said "No 25 ordered it" well, we have THREE HOUSES, ALL NUMBERED 25... both our neighbours say they didn't order it.

What on the earth is happening?

Good way of talking and very polite sound.

Simple easy way to set up order and wonderful to wake up to fresh produce on your doorstep.

Being national and trying to recreate a local service with agents doesn't work I'm afraid. Not the same attention to detail. If you are going to get milk delivered and pay a little more make sure the milk delivery service is really local.

Good try but not for us.

They've been mostly good until recently. I've had a fair few deliveries missed that I had to chase up about which was faff. I was also offered a free trial of two new flavours which I was reluctant to accept but they told me I wouldn't be charged for it, which I then was. I've just now cancelled with them, and the person on the phone didn't believe me that I was offered a free trial stating 'i've worked here 5 years and it's never been offered' so I won't be getting a refund for it. Very poor customer service & unhappy.

I love having my milk and lovely eggs delivered to my doorstep.
If I need to adjust my order, is is done with no hassle, and always confirmed with an email.
I will always pay that little extra for this very good service.

Milk delivery was unreliable, and always in the early hours of morning, which meant that milk went off almost instantly in the summer. They convinced me to give them one more try, and promised they would put the milk in a cool box that I put out. However, the driver totally failed to do that.

Customer service was then almost impossible - They did not answer the phone for weeks and would not accept cancellation by email or any of their online methods (online interactions just go to a foreign correspondence company who know nothing and don't seem to be able to connect to McQueens in any way).

Even after I managed to speak to someone on the phone to cancel, they still delivered more milk and chased me for months to pay for it (even though I called again twice and told them that the milk was unwanted in the first place and I would not be paying for it).

Excellent service, was a previous customer and have to move to a flat temporarily so had to stop my service, but now at new address and happy to have my door step milk back :)

Out of nowhere stopped delivering without any notification even when sending an email not even attempting to explain why or apologising. Then sending a bill for milk that was never delivered and threatening legal action because I refuse to pay for something that I've never had! And to top it all off they knock on my door a few months later asking for my custom!
